How to read a test method

A method should explain where the information came from and how it was evaluated. If a comparison uses manufacturer product pages, it should say so. If it uses an independent test, it should describe who performed it, what was tested, what sample was used and how scoring worked.

It also states to follow the supplied instructions, boil before first use and between periods as instructed, dry fully and store with air circulation, and replace silicone that is damaged, sticky or noticeably changed.
